Only 2 weeks to the expected delivery date of the new Van! Not Excited much at all!
So over the last few weeks I have been using Vanspace3D to try to plan and visualise my van layout and build. I have a pretty good layout planned now that I am happy with.
The great thing about this program is that its all actual measurements of the van and items can be customised to real sizes. This gives me a realistic view of what will fit in the space. That does not mean things won’t be adjusted as the build progresses but it gives me a great plan to follow.
See the pictures below and list of items in the basic layout I have planned.
Ignore the bikes sticking out of the back of the van as they dont have any template mountain bikes with the front wheel taken off, but you get the idea!

I have also had a friend design some graphics for the van, keeping it stealthy and more of a campervan look that in your face advertising.
Let me know what you think?

It will cost quite a bit for the graphics so they may have to wait a while before getting printed as they are not essential but they look smart. Thanks to Mark from Wingman Design for doing those.
With 2 weeks to delivery date I have started buying kit for the fit out and some tools I will need to make the job easier! It’s going to get expensive!
Thanks for reading, Next blog will cover my basic costings and planned budget.
